FHA Privacy Statement

FHA is a health care advocacy company that provides its clients with support when they have a medical crisis. In order to provide the best service possible, it is imperative that FHA ask for personal information from our clients. At FHA, we are dedicated to the protection of your privacy. Our employees are trained to adhere to the highest standards of information security.

At FHA we follow the current Privacy Legislation. All hard copies of collected personal information will be maintained in a secure location. Electronic information will be internally maintained with firewalls, the most current anti-virus software, and password protected software containing our client’s data.

Personal information will be collected only after informed consent is obtained from our clients. The information will not be used for any other purpose other than for what has been consented. The personal information is obtained, used, stored and discarded according to the highest level of privacy. The personal information will always be the property of the client. Consent for use of information may be withdrawn at any time. It should be noted that withdrawing consent may result in FHA not being able to fulfill its role as an advocate.
